and a lot more. We have docking accommodations for everyone from
the overnight guest to the long term liveaboard with vessels up to
83 feet long.
Each boat slip features a storage locker plus
power, water, telephone and cable TV hook-ups. Other amenities
include tenant lounges, hot shower and laundry rooms, mailboxes,
landlockers, dingy racks and plenty of secured parking. Other
boating services include two yacht clubs, a marine hardware store
and repair yard, fuel dock and free pump out station.
Luxury ocean view apartments.
Enjoy glorious sunsets from every single, one or two bedroom
units. Amenities include a year round heated swimming pool and
jacuzzi, a sauna, two laundry rooms, elevators, security gated
parking and more. Every apartment has wall to wall carpeting with
ceramic tiled entries, kitchens and baths plus cable TV hook ups
in living and bedrooms. Every open style kitchen features a
breakfast bar adjoining the dining / living room and is fully
equipped with state of the art appliances including refrigerator,
range (microwave optional), dishwasher and garbage disposal. The
building's centrally heated hot water is included, however the
electricity is separately metered and billed.
Oceanfront office and retail space.
Office space, as well as retail / restaurant, on the ocean is very
limited in the South Bay. Upon availability, we can accommodate
your needs from as small as 200 square feet and up to 4,000, most
with ocean and / or marina views.
We also have an experienced staff to help customize your space and
create the ideal environment to make any type of business as
successful as possible. Other amenities include security gated
parking for our tenants and their guests, as well as many fine
restaurants and hotels within walking distance. For the frequent
flyers, Los Angeles International Airport is an easy seven mile
drive north on Pacific Coast Highway.

Tuesday through Friday from 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturdays from 9:00am through 4:00pm.
